Objectives of the Project:

The main objective of the existence of this website is to set up a kind of encyclopedia on the Templar Order and a catalogue of diverses historical remnants that the presence of these men had left everywhere in Europ and Middle-East.To do it, the Project is open to any person, professional or not, who wants to share his research and experiences on this topic.

What Project Beauceant is not:

Even if we have a deep passion for the templars' History, the Project Beauceant is not a resurgence of this Order and not a new Neo-Templar secret society.

Thank you Dame Donna,
This is indeed good news, infact its' long overdue.

It's not that I have anything against Secret Societies, (I am infact a Masonic Knight Templar and a Scottish Rite 32°), but it is long overdue to have a place to register the tangible historic evidence of the Knights Templar (and I hope this includes photographic evidence not just opinion), without the harrassment of the 'New Age', UFO believers who spam our mailboxes with everything from Aliens to Jesus was related to Elvis and Hitler.

Hope fully this website will discourage the conspiracy theorists and those who jump onto the Templar bandwagon to promote Neo-Templar cults, Orders and self opinionated theories which are based upon pure speculation, and not authenticated by tangible research and evidence.

My name is Sir Shane Quint Dillard, I was Knighted into the British Realm of knights over a year ago. Not a knight you would find at any fair or reinactment group but a true Knight, registered and certified with my warrant for knighthood filed at the patent office at Harnsworth House London England. I'm a member of the Free and Accepted Masons ( Blue Lodge ) and have been formally invited to join the ranks of the Holy order of Knights Templars based in Germany. As a moderator on another well recognized Templar History site I am fairly familiar with the Project Beauceant site. I've never had the priviledge to posting material there, but my colleages (who are all considered experts in the realm of Templar history), speak very highly of the Project and the rigor of it's scholarship.
